Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
For an exchange, ensure the item is untouched, in its original state as received, and housed in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is essential. If tampered with, the item won't qualify for an exchange. For exchanges, bring the product to our store to process the exchange.
