Delivery

Once your order has been finalized, we cannot modify the delivery address, delivery method, or any details within your order, including product description, quantity, size, or color.

 Shipping

 Bahrain- Same day deliveries must be placed before 8pm

 GCC- International orders will take up to 72 hours (subject to your local customs). We ship exclusively through DHL Express. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the checkout or at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

Instore pickup

 For in-store collection at our District 1 Mall location, choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.

When collecting your order in-store, ensure you have your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
